Do you accept insurance and what are your payment options?
I am not in-network with any insurance companies. However, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Acceptable forms of payment include: HSA, FSA, and all major credit cards.
How do I know if virtual services are right for me?
There are many benefits to receiving psychological services virtually. These include increased accessibility and flexibility, continuity of care even during travel or inclement weather, and the ability to receive services from the privacy of your own home. It’s important to note that while teletherapy offers numerous benefits, it may not be suitable for all individuals or conditions. The effectiveness of teletherapy also depends on factors such as a stable internet connection, privacy, and the suitability of the therapeutic approach to the remote format.
What age group do you work with?
Evaluations are offered for individuals ages 16 and up. Psychotherapy is available for adults ages 18 and up.
How do I schedule an appointment with you?
Please reach out by filling out the contact form. A 15-minute consultation phone call will be scheduled prior to scheduling services.
How many therapy sessions will I need?
The number of sessions needed will depend on each individual. I suggest committing to 6 at least sessions and reassessing at that time whether additional sessions will be needed. My goal is for clients to gain the skills, insight, and confidence to move forward with their lives without long-term therapy. Often, clients will find that they experience benefits even from short-term sessions.
What are your office hours?
I am available by appointment only. Evening, weekends, and a limited number of early morning times are available for scheduling.
